For leaders who are seeking deep relational work

The experience

This work focuses on Self Leadership. - the capacity to lead your own internal system before attempting to lead others.

Many leaders have strong strategic intelligence yet remain driven by unconscious parts of the psyche. Protective parts manage performance, control, and image. Other parts carry fear of abandonment, shame, or unmet longing. These inner dynamics inevitably appear inside intimate relationships.

Self Leadership means learning to recognize these parts, regulate them, and return to the grounded presence that Internal Family Systems calls the Self.

From this place, leadership becomes clearer, relationships become less reactive, and intimacy becomes safer.

Exclusive. Private. Personalised.

Every couple undergoes thorough psychological and medical screening before psychedelic work is considered.

This process also allows us to begin getting to know you — understanding your relationship, building trust together, and preparing for the work before you arrive in the Netherlands.

We assess:

  • Personal psychiatric history

  • Family history of psychosis or bipolar disorder

  • Current medication and medical considerations

  • Substance use patterns

  • Relational stability between partners

  • Capacity for emotional regulation

If any contraindication is identified, psychedelic work is not included.

The safety and wellbeing of both partners always guide how we structure the process.

Before arriving: Screening

Before any depth work takes place, we spend time preparing both partners for the process.

Preparation sessions allow us to clarify intentions, establish psychological safety, and ensure that each person feels informed and grounded before entering the experience.

We focus on:

  • Clarifying intentions for the work

  • Exploring current relational dynamics

  • Identifying emotional boundaries and sensitivities

  • Preparing the nervous system for deeper exploration

  • Establishing communication agreements

  • Creating psychological safety between partners

Preparation creates the foundation for a meaningful experience.

When couples feel clear, supported, and emotionally ready, the work can unfold with far greater depth and stability.

Day 1: Preparation

For some couples, the second day of the intensive includes carefully guided psychedelic-assisted depth work.

This work is not the centre of the retreat, but a tool that can help access emotional material that is often defended in ordinary conversation.

During the journey we focus on:

  • Creating a calm and contained therapeutic environment

  • Supporting emotional openness and vulnerability

  • Allowing suppressed emotional material to surface

  • Increasing empathy and relational understanding

  • Softening rigid defensive patterns

  • Supporting emotional safety throughout the experience

Our role is to carefully hold the process so that the experience remains psychologically safe and relationally meaningful.

Day 2: Psychedelic Journey

The days following any depth work are dedicated to integration.

Insights alone rarely create lasting change. Integration ensures that emotional breakthroughs translate into practical shifts within the relationship.

We focus on:

  • Reflecting on the experiences that emerged

  • Translating insight into relational understanding

  • Identifying new communication patterns

  • Establishing repair protocols for conflict

  • Reconnecting emotional and sexual intimacy

  • Creating agreements that support the relationship going forward

Integration helps transform powerful experiences into sustainable relational change.
